How do subscriptions work?

1. Select the right subscription
Start by choosing your coffee from one of our five subscriptions below. Our Roaster's Choice option takes you on a real coffee adventure while our Espresso subscription is ideal for those who like a darker speciality roast.

2. Select quantity and frequency
How much coffee do you drink? Tell us how much coffee you would like and when you want it. We will send recurring orders on your desired frequency. You can pause or cancel at any time.

3. Receive great tasting coffee
Enjoy our delicious coffee in the comfort of your own home and take advantage of other subscriber member like the access to micro lots and exclusive subscriber-only events.

How do I skip a delivery?
If you want to skip a delivery simply log into your Three Sisters Coffee Roasters account and click on “View and edit subscription”.
It will then show you all your active subscriptions. Select the subscription you want to edit by clicking on “Manage your subscription”.
You will then be taken to a control panel where on the bottom right corner you will find a button that says "skip delivery".
How do I cancel my subscription?
It should go without saying that we never want anyone to cancel their subscription.
If you are thinking about cancelling your subscription we'd always encourage you to email us on hello@threesisterscoffee.co.uk to if we can find a plan or coffee that better works for you.
But with Three Sisters Coffee Roasters cancelling your subscription is easy to do.
Simply log into your Three Sisters Coffee Roasters account and click on “View and edit subscription”.
It will then show you all your active subscriptions. Select the subscription you want to edit by clicking on “Manage your subscription”.
You will then be taken to a control panel where at the bottom left of the screen you will find a button which will enable you to cancel your subscription.
How do I change the frequency of my deliveries?
If you want to change how frequently you receive a coffee delivery, simply log into your Three Sisters Coffee Roasters account and click on “View and edit subscription”.
It will then show you all your active subscriptions. Select the subscription you want to edit by clicking on “Manage your subscription”.
You will then be taken to a control panel where you can choose to change how frequently you receive a delivery of coffee from us.
How do I change my delivery details?
If you want to change your delivery address simply log into your Three Sisters Coffee Roasters account and click on “View and edit subscription”.
It will then show you all your active subscriptions. Select the subscription you want to edit by clicking on “Manage your subscription”.
You will then be taken to a control panel where you can choose to update your delivery address.
