AVAILABILITY OVER CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR: Lagom Bakery is taking a well-deserved rest over the Christmas period.
- The next available collection date is Monday 30th December. Cutoff for orders will be Friday 27th December - select either the Wednesday or Friday option during this time and we will process it for collection on Monday 30th December.
- They will then close for one more week and normal service will resume from Wednesday 8th January, onwards. Cutoff for orders on the 8th will be the Sunday before, as usual.
We're excited to be partnering with Burscough-based Lagom Bakery to provide freshly-baked artisan sourdough for pre-order and pickup at our coffee shop on Wednesdays and Fridays.
Made with a combination of white and wholemeal flour, each loaf is hand-crafted and fermented for over 24 hours to produce a delicious, chewy, light loaf.
Because of this lead time, there is a 3-day cut-off for initial orders and/or changes to subscriptions. That means:
- order by Sunday for pickup on the following Wednesday.
- order by Tuesday for pickup on the following Friday.
Orders/changes made after those days will be applied the following week.
We ask that you collect your bread on the chosen collection day only, between 12 and 4pm. We will be unable to hold on to loaves or refund those customers who are unable to collect on this day.
Delivery is not available for sourdough so please ensure you select the 'Pickup in store' option at checkout.
