Do you ever wonder what influences the flavour of your coffee? In this fun and engaging workshop, we’ll explore the journey coffee takes from bean to cup and how it impacts the flavours we experience.
Over the course of this 90-minute sensory experience, we’ll cover:
- How variables such as origin, altitude, and processing methods influence the taste of your coffee
- How roast profiles affect coffee flavour
- The impact of your grinder, brewing method, and technique on the final cup
- An introduction to a coffee scoring sheet so you can learn how to evaluate coffee effectively
This course is run in groups of 4 to 8 participants, with each attendee receiving a 250g bag of coffee of their choice.
